Yes the overnight girl and the one that came in at 9am were amazing. The afternoon lady was rude. The room next to me had a barking dog all night. The room above me sounded like it was getting sanded or rug shampooed. New owners need to tighten up a little. We do use this hotel frequently. Hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool was warm but bottom was slimy

It was good until the last night they closed the pool 4 hours early thats the whole reason I booked it and the lady at the front desk the last morning so disrespectful all because I bumped into her cause she wasn’t paying attention!!! But I let it slide I would like atleast a $20 refund

Room was clean staff very friendly and helpful. We had a second floor room for the first night and they were able to move us to the first floor due to steps. Our second room's tv was busted and we wasn't offered a different tv or room.
