When I checked in the Gentle man was great, the next morning i went and told the night shift lady that my shower needed cleaning as the housekeeper sprayed it down but forgot to clean it, and i needed a working blow dryer, the housekeeper came in but no blow dryer, she wiped down the shower but not cleaned it. This hotel has a comedy club, and when it is going on, hotel guests do not have parking, they need to make sure that their paying guest have parking and not have to park across the street at night to get to their rooms, very dangerous for a single woman staying at the hotel. no coffee maker as advertised, the night shift person is not very customer oriented and seemed to be bothered when i asked about the ice machine, which found out it was out of order. Charlie in the buffet area, is such a delight, he greets all of the guests and is such a pleasure to see every morning of my four night stay. Please help this hotel, I have been coming to it for over 25 years for it's buffet and stay and i see it going down hill, it just needs some updating as the room i stayed in was in need of some work. The complaint is the night shift not being very customer friendly, and the housekeeping needs to be a little better with making sure the rooms are completely clean, and be a little more task oriented as she took the shampoo and conditioner and left two lotions in the place of. all in all i would stay again but would make sure i was treated like i was wanted and their priority.
