This beautifully updated one-story beach home is perfect for the entire family! Four bedrooms include: 1 king, 2 queens, and a daybed that can be converted from a twin to a king - each with their own smart TV. The fourth bedroom also features a workspace and games - great flexibility for large groups! Enjoy a spacious family room and kitchen with enough seating for all. Throw some tunes on the soundbar, light up the grill, and make yourself at home!

The garage has been converted to a game room and opens up with double-doors to enjoy the ocean breeze! Ping pong, basketball, darts, cornhole, etc. - making the home a destination itself! We have designed the backyard to include multiple `hangout zones` - patio, firepit, hammock, and loungers - you`ll love the space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors! Or take one of the four provided beach cruisers to the beach (bike lock, helmets, and tire pump also provided).

Lastly, we have worked to provide all the essentials that may not have fit into your suitcase: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach mat....and a wagon to get it all to the sand!

Heated Pool Information

The pool will be heated to 80-85 degrees for your stay depending on ambient temperature. Please note that this temperature range is cool/comfortable but may not feel “warm” to some people. This is standard for most heated pools, but we share this to manage expectations. The heater may not be able to keep the water temperature above 80 degrees if the outside temperature is too low. We can not provide refunds if weather is uncooperative during your stay.

Because of our beautifully landscaped wooded yard, leaves and other debris will unavoidably fall into the pool, especially after a storm or on windy days. However, we will make every effort to ensure you have a sparkling clean pool upon your arrival. We provide a skimmer and a robotic pool vacuum cleaner you may use if you wish.

- The pool service comes twice a week for maintenance and cleaning.
- The pool is heated for comfort, not hot-tub temperatures.
- Special requests for higher temps will be allowed at $25/day, but we won`t advertise or be able to guarantee a certain temperature.
- Do not attempt to adjust any of the pool settings manually. The system is locked and any tampering would result in a charge to the guest for the pump company to come reset or reprogram the system .

Other important notes: The double driveway allows for parking for up to four vehicles. We provide four bicycles, helmets, bike locks, and a bike pump for guests to use at their own risk. Propane is provided for the grill. We asks guests to pickup firewood if they plan to use the firepit.

We want everyone to have fun, however please remember that Jax Beach is a family-friendly neighborhood. No guests permitted other than those staying at the property (without permission).

- No loud music and no smoking indoors (to include screened porch).
