Only 15 minutes to Mayo Clinic and 30 minutes to Jacksonville International Airport. The cottage has a private entrance with a lockable gate, plenty of outdoor lighting and private deck. There is one queen bed and bathroom downstairs and a full bed loft and bathroom upstairs. The living room and main space is small, but it's clean and cozy.
