Location was great. Although it was still under construction, it will be beautiful when finished. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was great for breakfast lunch and dinner. Just wish the bathrooms were bigger. They are a little small for a family of four. Will definitely be back once the hotel is completed.

This property will be 5 star once finished. I knew it was under construction and jumped at the discount rate for the preview Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool and loungers and beach chairs were great. I can’t wait to try this hotel with dining options and full staff. The staff currently there are wonderful. I will be back

The rooms were excellent the view was wonderful. When I checked in I was given a room on the second floor but the door would not close or lock but the staff was helpful and helped me move to the fifth floor. The view of the beach was beautiful from that floor. The place is under renovation but their team is doing a fabulous job keeping the services they have running the best they can. Can’t wait to go back after all of the changes are complete.

The staff and room we stayed in were great. However we were taken off guard and arrived to see the hotel was under renovation. No dining in restaurants, no spa, only pop up bar area, construction underway, surprised we were charged an amenity fee. We stayed there several years back and it was very nice. I’m sure it will be nice once completed.. but felt like we paid to much given the circumstances..

The staff were some of the best anywhere. I booked for 8 days over the 4th of July and knew it would be busy. The property was still under renovation so a lot of issues were being addressed. Normally this could of been a horrible situation but the staff worked tirelessly to make the best of a challenging situation. The location was fantastic, on the beach, near walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Valet was fast and efficient and were in overdrive to handle lots which were double full with guest and construction vehicles. The rooms were newly renovated with new furnishings beds tv's, wall art etc. The thoughtful staff were the glue that held everything together and made it such a pleasant stay.
