Booked through hotels.com and prepaid. Billed for two of the three nights again at the property. Charged for valet parking but told it was self park with a $___five in/out fee on top of $___twenty per night. The paid valet parking was actually $_____ thirty six per night which they increased without notice on the third night due to an “event.” Hotel is dirty and in a bad area. “Housekeeping” failed to vacuum or wipe the bathroom down during the entire stay. Pictures and receipts to prove. Will have to dispute the charges through the bank as the staff was no help at all. Never. Again. Not through hotels.com or at a Marriott. Discount sites for discount hotels get you a discount experience. You can keep your “rewards” and so on. No interest. Deleting account and app. Hilarious, requested to revise my review and leave out prices. All you need to know about hotels.com right there. Weak.

The entire hotel needs a refurbishment. The elevators looked old and the decor was out dated. The entrance was very difficult to access with our rental car. The valet attendants were nice but overwhelmed with too many cars in a very small space. Had to wait a long time to get back into the drop off area on Saturday night due to a high number of cars trying to valet. The walls in our first room were very thin and we had an adjoining door to the next room. The walls were so thin that we heard the people in the next room having sex for hours and I had my daughter in the room with me. The next morning I asked for a different room without an adjoining door and they were very nice to accommodate us. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant on Saturday and had to wait a long time to get our food. We waited so long that the waitress told us to go up to the buffet and get something to eat because it was taking so long. The staff was very nice about the situation but it delayed our schedule for the rest of the day. When we only had one day to sight see, that is a big deal. Both of our rooms were clean and nice but that was the only bright spot of staying there.

Bed was bumpy. They need free breakfast. You need a key card entry on far back of building. Didn’t get my room was ready text until after I checked in. Valet took 20 minutes. Both major flaws. Staff was great.

Nice hotel by the St. Johns River. They have a small full service bar for drinks and watching sports. Amy was very pleasant and attentive.
