Marla is creating a wonderful Sawgrass holiday home to share with others after having the condo as her family’s retreat for many years. It is elegantly decorated in the main room and master and has a premier location right on the beach with lovely ocean views on the north side; sunshine and poolside on the south. The owners’ collections, personal items, old electronics, cables etc. took up space we could have used for our long term stay but I am sure they will be cleared out over time. Regular carpet cleaning and pest control will make this a top notch rental. A house book with instructions would be helpful as well.We appreciated the new huge refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. We did have issues at first with the TVs not working, lights out in a few places and a loose kitchen faucet but they were attended to within a couple of days. Also the door code was different from the key instructions and sent separately. That was a bit confusing late at night. Overall, this was a good place for a winter escape and it will get better as it becomes a regular rental with many processes and procedures fine tuned.

Marla the Magnificent is what I refer to the host as. She is so super on top of making sure your stay is as perfect as can be. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediarely. The condo is amazing. Three bedroom/three bath all showers with bidets was exactly what we were looking for. Each room has a large tv in it for independence and living room has surround sound for family movie nights. The peace and quiet with the ocean was perfect for times of relaxation. The beach and pool were never crowded. We did a month rental while staying at Mayo. Its a short drive there and no traffic. There is covered parking and a 24 hr gated entrance making you feel more secure. You will not be disappointed! It's exactly as it appears in the photos and even better once you are there experiencing it.

My husband and I had a marvelous stay in Sawgrass! The incredible hospitality of our host made our stay even more special and made it feel like home. The location is unbeatable! From sunrise to sunset, the view of the beach from the porch is spectacular. The close proximity to the beach and pool, as well as being a short drive from restaurants and golf, made relaxing during our stay a breeze. We enjoyed our time here and can not wait to book another stay here soon!
