Our NEWLY remodeled home inside and out is a 3/2 open concept and fenced in backyard with outside furniture. We are close to Mayo and Jax Bch with fully stocked kitchen ware, 2 recliners in couch, 1 regular recliner chair, 3 smart tvs, king in primary, 2 queens . We have 2 full bathrooms 1 large master shower with a handheld shower head enough room for a shower chair, 1 soaker tub/ shower.
Pets upon request. NO PARTIES NO LARGE GATHERINGS
Dogs not approved or non disclosed will result in $250 fine.
Publix, Whole foods, Walmart and many restaurants very close to us.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower.
Guests will find features like internet access and onsite parking.

What a stunning property

This property looked exactly as advertised. We walked into a beautiful spotless gorgeous home. The master bedroom had the most beautiful en suite. The location of this property was a couple of minutes from all the stores and the beach, and for us near our family in Jacksonville. This will be a place we will return to when we come back down. I highly recommend this property to anybody.
