Property was okay. Rooms were clean. What i didn't like was that you couldn't use the stairs as I like to use the stairs and the pool area at that time wasn't as clean as it should and there was no lights covering the pool.

The propriety was a bit old but maintained properly. They have ACU issue in the lobby but our room AC is working fine. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. And it was very to Filipino restaurant Jollibee and Valeros.

It is hard to try to explain how disgusting this hotel is. They’re swimming area. Disgusting the walking into the entrance to the hotel no air-conditioned fans blowing AC units everywhere place is absolutely. I don’t even know how they’re open for the health department to come in there they have no restaurant their pool is disgusting along with the hot tub

Pillows were like planks once you laid upon them. They sunk down and became really hard flat surfaces. Nothing comfortable about them. Rooms well Air conditioned but the lobby and elevator were not at all. Not sure what the issue was, but I never spent any time long enough to really care. Breakfast area was closed my entire weekend stay.

Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card.

Parking was fine and well lit. No A/C in main building looks like it’s been out a long time. Makeshift ac for lobby and floor fans down hallways. Elevators were filthy and smelt bad seems they tried to cover up the smell with a floral cleaner without really cleaning it. The rooms were a little less to be desired.

Staff was rude, demanded my passport for id, stating drivers license wasn’t enough. Worst check-in experience ever. The lady should not be working with tourists…. She has her own agenda. Also the tv and ac in the room don’t work. The hotel is run down and not cheerful atmosphere at all.

Very disappointed, room pictures all show an oversized chair for sitting. I learned after check-in the chair has been removed from all rooms. Available chair very uncomfortable making you sit on bed to watch TV another bad option. 👎

Delayed flight. Came in at 1:30 a.m. Front desk was closed. They close from 12:00 a.m. - 8 a.m. w/ a security guard. She was great, but we couldn't get our room. Had to find other options at 1:30 in the morning. Filed for a refund and no one has been able to contact them.
