Take note!!! The home is not as pictured. Upon arrival we entered front door. Proceeded to garage to open it for car parking. Garage has a sitting area inside off the pool. It smelled of cigar smoke. And that wefted into the hallway to house. Elevator was a nice touch. But it was very dirty. Upstairs area. We found the common area nice. But off the kitchen area to the grill was moldy and unusable. Decking and grill both were covered in mold and dirt. So I called the property manager. she said she would let maintenance know. Maintenance came the next morning. And just used a blower to pool deck and upper deck. Which did nothing. I reached out again and told property manager (Lisa) That cleaning would take several days of pressure washing and we will work around it. The other two couples were arriving that day. We then found out the air does not work properly. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was not working. We found mold/slime in one of the bath tubs. We believe from a leak. We used the oven and it was not clean and we had smoke all thru the house. The bathroom faucets old and had mineral deposits on them. All interior door were very dirty.It appeared that the interior of the house had been cleaned, but not close to our arrival date. Further out. Under amenities it list bikes. There were no bikes. Cushions on outdoor furniture were old and moldy. Tiles broken around pool. This home is far from Luxury. We would not recommend this property. It need a lot of maintanenc
