Find somewhere else to stay!

Room appeared cleaned but floors were disgusting with dog pee smell. The furniture had been chewed up by dogs. Shower curtain about to fall off the walls. The glass was busted on the decor pictures. Not to mention property under reconstruction from 7am-7 pm even on the weekend. Kids couldn’t swim because of reconstruction. The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing on property.

Once the renovation is done, this would be 4.5/5.0 for this type of property. Comfortable, quiet and everything you need for a few days. Only improvement I recommend is style of pillows: something a bit more robust is preferred.

Hotel location is great, close to restaurants but you will need to drive anywhere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The lobby and breakfast area are very clean. Breakfast was the same for the three mornings I was there but not complaining as it was very decent and staff always making sure area is clean and stocked . The room I got was overall clean but I spotted some dust and hair on hard to reach corners (probably would not bother anyone but I’m a bit observant). Bed was comfortable. Overall, a good stay!

The hotel and staff are nice. Because of the elevation it’s really hard to find the driveways into the parking lot, at night it’s really difficult. Some electors and both entrances wouldn’t hurt. Unfortunately we stayed a night when there were some really loud visitors. Hotel did address the issue, but it took a while.
