The pool was closed and extremely dirty. Staff not helpful or friendly. Breafast from 6-9 but a sign said not until 8, when we left at 730. Asked for a wine key, didnt have one. One one ice machine in the building worked. Sewage smell in hallways, not thankfully not in the room.

Note stuck on door saying no pool. Breakfast extremely limited. Juices out & not refilled & no one to tell. Hot water available but no tea bags. Seating area very tight & small, no place to sit. No staff around. Only ice in 3rd floor! Room clean, NO water pressure! Very slippery tub , no may or rails. Only one entry/exit into building, no alternative or side entry exit to make it more convenient to access parking areas.

My entire stay was great. I’m very happy I chose this hotel. It’s very convenient and close to everything. Front staff is very professional and nice. I have 0 complaints. It didn’t matter the hour I came in. They greeted us with a smile every time. Will be staying there again.

The second floor had mold and was smelly. Breakfast was nonexistent. The TV was blue. The pool was green. There were no luggage carts. Nobody was ever at the front desk. The doors look like they had been chewed up. That we had $100 deposit it was unknown that we had to have $100 deposit. The coffee maker on the main lobby is broken.

To set the scene: we came to Jacksonville to visit our son in the Navy, having never been here before and unsure of what to expect. We arrived the hotel around 10 pm after our flight landed. The people at the front desk were kind and professional. When we first walked into our room it smelled strongly of urine. We requested a new room and the man at the front desk was gracious and very quickly got us a new room. The new room had no odor. We woke up the next morning and as my husband sat up in bed he noticed a pair of used underwear (not ours) hanging from the cords that run under the desk. See photo. This was very disturbing because the room was clean other than that. We left the room to enjoy the city and in the hallway was a large red and brown stain that resembled blood. The stain remained for the entirety of our stay. See photo. Some other issues included the unpleasant smell in the hallways and very noticeably in the elevator. The elevator permit posted on the wall was expired and everything was dingy, stained, and sticky. The employees were the highlight of our stay and everyone we interacted with was to be commended. The parking was easy and the hotel itself is accessible right off the highway. To sum everything up, I would not stay here again.
