The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for the St, Johns Towne shopping. And, you could walk to a few restaurants, if you wanted to. The staff was pleasant, and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

We couldn’t check in late night on Christmas day because their network was down. Front desk said that they couldn’t get a hold of a manager and couldn’t do anything for us. We had to scramble to find another hotel in the middle of the night after a 12 hour drive. Unacceptable.
