Staff was cool, didn’t talk much, amenities were perfect One of the elevators was down but it wasn’t bad at all The only thing was concerned about is that room 402 did not shut (the door) all the way We put the internal lock on because the door never fully shut Room was super clean and nice though

The hotel staff is very rude. When you call to the operator they never answer the phone if you need something you’re on your own the elevators did not work. I am disabled and I had to walk down the stairs from the second floor other people had to walk down from the fifth floor. I was trying for 20 minutes to find out how to get off of my floor because I could not find the stairs and they would not answer the phone finally, another member there said this always happens. You have to take the stairs and they showed us where the stairs were when I went downstairs and told the manager about how rude the staff was the night before she laughed in my face, and he said oh she’s with a third-party you’re all done because he seen I rented through Expedia the bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean, but the staff is horrible and you can get no help not a towel not nothing.

Wow, this was awesome. The lake view was so refreshing, the windows open in the room so you can get fresh air in. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the layout of what was around the hotel, a micro shopping plaza with festive architecture. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Jacksonville.

We only stayed here to sleep on a long drive but I’m sure happy we chose this hotel. It’s economical, close to the highway, and in a nice area. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I’d definitely come back to stay.

The stay this time wasn’t as good as the first time. Tv issues. At one point it got a little noisy with people and a dog barking. I had an initial issue of not getting my paid breakfast cards but issue got resolved.
