Good hotel. We had an issue at check in. Expedia website said hotel was pet friendly but didn't allude to an additional charge. When we checked in found out there was a $25.00 upcharge. Website should have a check box for pets so 'TOTAL PRICE ' is actually the Total Price.

The staff was very attentive. The rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. The staff that prepared breakfast kept the dining area clean, and were accomodating. The shuttle was convenient for Mayo patients, as its extremely busy at Mayo.

The staff was very pleasant, and accommodating. The Manager Kenya is knows the area well, and is always accommodating. Geoff who drives the shuttle to Mayo is very pleasant, and timely. We found it was easier to take the shuttle as parking at Mayo can be challenging. The BEDS are very comfortable, and rooms are very clean.
