Hello, I am extremely dissatisfied with my accommodations on 12/29/25. Upon entering the shower, I discovered hair on the shower wall and water backing up in the tub when taking a shower. I was switched to another room where the room was clean, but I had the same problem with water not going down properly while taking a shower. This is very frustrating because I'm a patient at the Mayo Clinic, and after a long day of appointments and treatments, this is the last thing you want to be dealing with - a dirty hotel room and switching rooms. I'm very disappointed. I did talk to management, and all they could offer was a discount on my next room. I will never be coming back to this hotel. Hampton Inn, you need to do better, especially if you're going to be accommodating cancer patients. It's not about the money; it's about the cleanliness of your hotel. It's very important for cancer patients to be in a clean environment.

I booked. 2 rooms and Both Rooms were Nasty and Dirty the beds sheet and pillow covering had spots on them the Beds are Hard and very uncomfortable the bathrooms had hair all over floor and in tubs i took pictures of everything and the internet didnt work.also, im very disappointed

Yes. It was a pleasant stay. Rooms where clean. Breakfast was good and variety of items to accommodate most lifestyle choices. I didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner in my dispenser. They were empty. But I had brought some from home. A+ stay.
