I'm never booking a Hampton Inn again. After our staying in your Rocky Mount dump, i didn't things could get much worse.(Rocky Mount featured ongoing construction with tha air filled with dust on the 2nd floor and the food was disgusting.) Jacksonville featured inedible food and a staff who could care less. Never again and I'm telling all my friends. Paid almost $200 for the night.

The carpets within and outside the room were damaged and concerns of cleanliness. The bathroom floor was very slippery especially following showers. A pillow cover was dirty, and bedspread was showing signs of wear. The staff was friendly and breakfast met expectations.
