Five miles from Mayo Clinic and nine blocks from the ocean. Quiet and cozy.

"Piece of Paradise" is just that! Located within walking distance to dining, shopping and night life. Lovely bedroom poolside, breezy cabana and plenty of places to sun. Separate living space for relaxing and eating. In the winter, use the fire pit for cozy evenings. I want to make this an enjoyable stay for you, so please, if you have any special needs or requests don't hesitate to ask.
This is a separate space at my home, with its own entrance into the space and exit to the pool and backyard. I live on the property with my 16lb. hypoallergenic dogs, Chica and Louie.
I will allow dogs as long as they are hypoallergenic and don't weight over 20lbs. I had a very unfortunate accident where a bigger dog jumped on my dog and to make and to make a long story short it wound up costing me $3500.00 plus. It is too bad that this happened because I love dogs all sizes, but I can't risk this happening again.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator and a microwave. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected.
