Welcome to your home away from home! Perfectly located off the highway for easy access to all of Jacksonville. Ideal for temporary workers or travelers, our home offers comfort and convenience.

House and Backyard

We are very social, however we do respect everyone's privacy. You won't see us during your stay but we are available by text or calls anytime! At NOON, on the day of your stay, we will send you the rules and regulations to confirm. Once confirmed, you will get your door code right around 3pm. We change the door code after each reservation.
Outdoor Safety:
Please watch your step while walking around in the back yard. There is a short step down from the French door to the back patio.

No Shoes:
*We ask that all guests not wear shoes in the property. Please take off shoes by the front door upon entering the home.

Bathrooms:
Do NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. No feminine products or any type of disposable wipes. If a plumber has to be called during your stay or on the day of checkout, you will be responsible for the repair costs.

Music:
*No outdoor music is allowed after 10pm.

Pets:
* Pet must be up to date in vaccines, flea & tick free.
*Guest will always keep pets on a leash when outside the house.
*Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets.
