For room- the bathroom vent did not work, a modelo tall can was next to the A/C with a glass shard next to dresser. Tried to request extension for checkout and one of my calls went through and the person hung up and when I called again I was faced with an attitude and told no.

The check-in process was messed up, I was assured it would be fixed the next day when I left. That was messed up. I spoke with my bank and come to find out they charged me twice for my room and twice for the deposit. I had called them to ask if they could check and see if that’s what happened and they assured me that’s not what happened, but it was indeed what happened. And to be talked to like I didn’t know what I was talking about was insulting to say the least. These people are not friendly or professional. Avoid.
