Find ease, comfort, and understated style at this fourth-floor, oceanfront condo located right next door to the Ritz-Carlton of Amelia Island, where you'll create memories to last a lifetime!
After a beautiful day spent on the beach or swimming in the community pool, you'll come home to an open living and dining space with views of the Atlantic Ocean. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, as well as two sets of sliding glass doors that connect to the oceanfront balcony - one set in the living room and one in the primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, an open closet, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
THINGS TO KNOW
There is a large scale state mandated construction project at this association causing noise, loss of pool amenity and workers on property.
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only from June through mid-August
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
• Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
• Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
• Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
• Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.

Beach getaway!
Amazing ocean front condo !! Spacious balcony, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfy beds, washer/ dryer in unit, and nicely decorated .Excellent place to stay! Easy parking. Easy access to beach!!

Great location and beautiful view
This condo had everything you need for a great stay at the beach. The grounds were well manicured and clean. Pool was nice and never too crowded. Condo had a beautiful view of ocean and dunes. The condo was clean and had everything you need for a wonderful stay at Amelia Island. I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.

Oceanfront getaway
Full-on oceanfront with incredible sunrise view. We loved that there were sliding glass doors opening to the balcony in both the living room and master bedroom. Dolphins swimming by on 2 of our 4 mornings there was amazing. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves.The unit is nicely appointed, and even had some basic kitchen items like salt and pepper, coffee, cooking oil, and even oatmeal! The beach was never crowded. Great location. We appreciated that there were beach chairs, and it would have been nice to have some beach towels as well. Overall we had a great stay!
