Marina sign needs removing as there is no longer a marina. It was good to see cleanup happening at rear of building from old docks. The beverage vending machine near the breakfast area needs restocking. More handicap parking spaces are needed. Years ago, this hotel was a great place. It can be again. Housekeeping is probably the best service provided. The employees are so friendly.

Disgusting, unhealthy hotel

The entire 3rd floor where we were put smelled strongly of mold. The room was incredibly humid. The bed and other furniture had a layer of moisture on it making everything feel wet and uncomfortable. It was incredibly disgusting. We ended up having to switch hotels, not just for comfort but for health reasons. Add to that the ridiculous no refund policy by the hotels.com website, the entire situation was absolutely insane and has ensured that I will never book through this site again.

I arrived at 2:55. The facility had been fully booked for the weekend. There were no rooms available for me for my 3 o’clock check-in. The front desk staff was not supportive of my need to get into my room. I was very disappointed. When I pushed to have a room available there was one ready in about 15 minutes.
