Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. It was clean, but dated. The description of the property was accurate. The stairs made it very difficult to maneuver our luggage in and out of the condo. I was in Jacksonville for eye surgery, so I was not able to lift anything, so my husband had to transport everything. We particularly enjoyed the balcony off the living space with a nice view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient.
