First floor is a separate unit/address. Each floor has a balcony with unobstructed view of the beach. Internet/Wifi is available. Accommodates 4 adults with 2 children. Owner is available locally and can be contacted anytime. Parking included. Walking distance from downtown Jacksonville Beach, Seawalk pavilion and numerous beach bars. The place is located in a good area but it was noisy at night due to proximity of the neighbors. A fight broke out across the street at 6 am one morning. The disturbance caused a call to police and two squad cars showed up. You could see all of this from the balcony. It is a very dated unit, and no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. Water pressure was very low. I felt the place needed a little TLC.
