The smell in the room was horrible; supposedly, a cleaning person was going to come by, but they never showed up. They couldn't switch my room because the hotel was supposedly full. On the second night, when we went to bed, there was a cockroach that scurried under the bed. The hotel in general is very run-down. The only thing that was halfway decent was the breakfast.

The staff are rude and act like it’s a chore to do anything for you and lock your door every time you leave and especially when you spend the night!!! No coke machine and the ice machine was broken, also you may hear loud noises at 4am people coming in and out all hours of the night talking very loud and a couple was fighting in the room next to me. Also beware of homeless people who are on drugs very shady place and people.!!!

I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache.
