This was our second time staying at this property and everything was just as perfect as before. Short walk to downtown Neptune for fun restaurants and shops and an even shorter walk to the beach. Wonderful Place to Stay Right Next to the Beach!

We had an amazing experience staying here! The house was so clean and the amenities were perfect. The balcony with the swinging chair was a great place to hang out when it was raining. Trips to and from the beach were just a quick two minute walk. I would absolutely recommend this place as a perfect beach getaway.

This home was perfect! Great location-a short walk to the very uncrowded beach. Right on the Jax Beach/Neptune Beach line. The house was so clean, and amazingly well stocked. There was nothing we could think of they didn’t have. Two outdoor areas-a patio with a “grass” area which our doggie enjoyed and a covered balcony with comfy chairs.Beds felt great and super soft linens! Great Summer Fun

We had a great stay at the townhouse. Bedrooms were big with comfie mattresses. The kitchen was well stocked and there were many extras including paper towels, beach towels, and water. We hope to come back soon.
