Cool open loft in the middle of historic Springfield's renaissance. Walking distance to breweries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Close to UF Health.
The space
This large, bright, open loft is right in the middle of Historic Springfield (gentrification in progress). Walking distance to breweries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
The loft is 1000 square ft. of open living space, with lots of natural light, and soaring 21 Ft. ceilings.
Upper level has a king bed, a day bed with trundle, which can sleep 4 guests.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WIFI, TV and private patio.

The loft is located near busy streets so expect some urban noise as well as from the bar across the street.

The whole loft and back patio are reserved for you.

Only slight downside was almost not enough toilet paper for both bathrooms. The light peered in a bit more than anticipated to the bedroom but bed was great and thanks for the snacks and hospitality.
