ENTRY:
This unit is located at Fernandina Shores entrance #2. Once you turn into the entrance, its the 1st building on the right after the pool. Your unit is on the second floor.

HOUSE RULES:
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- No Smoking or Vaping of any kind
- No parties or events
- A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to fully confirm this reservation
- Minimum age to book is 25
- PARKING LIMIT: During the week of the annual car show (1st weekend of March) & on the 4th of July, there is a limit of - ONE vehicle per unit. Parking passes will be provided for these dates. All other times, parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
- CANCELLATION: If reservation is canceled with less than 30 day notice the entire 50% deposit is forfeited. No shows or cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival will result in 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount. No refunds for early departure.
