This fantastic space features three bedrooms, including one Queen bed downstairs (no steps!) and one King bed upstairs, and also a queen sofa sleeper upstairs. Guests can relax in the living room, which also offers another comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. Two full bathrooms with shower doors & tub. The townhome stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning and tankless water heater. 4 Smart TVs and fast Wifi. Office desk in flex room.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or at the beach, enjoying some downtime indoors, heading to the Mayo Clinic or to UNF, this superb townhome has you covered. Quiet community in upscale Ponte Vedra Beach but very convenient to the highway and close to shopping center. We know you'll enjoy your stay at our townhome.

Please note: the tourist development tax for St Johns county of 5% has not been set up in the system (it will be shortly). this is a pass thru tax collected from the guest and remitted to the county tax collector by the host. Extremely satisfied with our stay! The host was great to work with and a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants and beach. Also a very conveniently located for anyone seeking access to the Mayo Clinic. Will definitely stay there again!
