Just give people clean towels and sheets.. ?? I don't even need the bed made.. just a clean floor and clean bedding that doesn't stink like 5+ people slept there before me. There should be cleaning and mopping between guests that you could tell was not done in a month. The room floor was sticky.

Room was clean and neat. Some visitors had dogs…. I love dogs but find them unacceptable in a hotel. Some seating in the dining recreation area had dogs air all three days we stayed there… obviously the cleaning staff isn’t very observant. Breakfast served to 9 am with limited choices on one morning at 8:30… We are older adults and although we stayed at this Tru hotel last year we will not choose to stay here in the future.

Staff was kind and friendly. Walls are thin and if you have loud neighbors you can hear everything. Breakfast was great. And property was clean. The bed was really comfy and the showers were nice and hot. I would stay here again.

I actually didn't stay there because of the $400 deposit that is not mentioned about on your app. They lady at the front desk was kinda rude and assumed that I didn't have $400 so I chose not to stay there

We stayed 2 years ago when first opened, very nice stay, staff was excellent and breakfast was a great variety and plenty for all guests. This stay this time it seams as though some things have gone downhill. It was quite noisy sleeping, you can hear other guests talking and thumping around. Biggest disappointment was the breakfast, very limited to choose from, no scrambled eggs or bacon/sausage, lots of guests were unhappy about the breakfast.
