This hotel was beyond nasty and extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The door was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, and the entire room looked like it had not been cleaned at all. The bathroom was so nasty that I barely even wanted to bathe. To make things worse, room service never came to clean the room. I specifically told staff to change the sheets while we were gone, and when we returned, nothing had been done. I then had to go downstairs myself to ask for clean sheets. Even that turned into an ordeal — the front desk lady had to call her boss just to get permission to give me new sheets. That alone tells you how poorly this place is managed. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I found a dead roach under the sheet, and the sheets had old cigarette burn holes in them. The air conditioner had visible rust all around it, and the bathroom was still filthy. On top of everything else, the area around the hotel felt unsafe and uncomfortable. This place is unsanitary, poorly managed, and not worth the money. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to stay far away.

Worst managed hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Towels were dirty, no free coffee, no thick blanket, only 3 pillows, incompetent rude staff, keys stopped working before we even checked out at 7 AM, and the dog cleanup station lacked both doggie bags and a trash bag in the receptacle. EVERYONE HERE SHOULD BE FIRED!
