**“Overall, we had a nice stay. The room was clean, the staff were generally friendly, and the location made coming and going easy.
The only negative was one interaction that left a bad impression. Around 2 PM, while my wife, 4-year-old, and I were quietly in our room, a staff member knocked very loudly and told us the room below had complained about noise. Her tone came across as condescending, and when we tried to explain we weren’t making noise—but had been hearing loud noise from the room above for hours—she dismissed it.
What was odd is that we were woken up on other nights by loud door slamming on the same floor, and we also noticed a strong smell of marijuana from a nearby room for multiple nights. We never complained because these things can happen in hotels, but it did feel inconsistent that we were scolded so intensely at 2 PM, yet those more disruptive issues seemed to go unaddressed.
Aside from that interaction, the stay was good overall.”**
