Amber at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Staff we encountered was awesome, facility clean and smelled good. Disappointed there was no hot tub that was listed online as having and you vouldnt sit in pool area to watch you kid swim because it was so cold in there you would need lots of warm clothes to sit in their.

Everything about this stay was confusing. When we arrived they told us you can’t use certain cards to check in or it would charge “triple” the amount for the deposit. This was not communicated with us before hand and we had just driven 14 hours and already paid for our stay. The room was clean but they don’t do room service unless requested for our entire 6 day stay which is fine

The heat in the room was EXTREMELY hot everytime we turned it down it automatically went back up. The bed was very comfortable room very clean and staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel. Only problem using Hotel.com they charged for incidental. It was no charge if I booked directly through the hotel. I would stay there again

The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows. The heat/cooling unit in room worked well. I could hear someone talking next door or directly above me. Also the cleaning staff was exceptionally noisy during the day. Which, unfortunately, could be heard in the room. Overall it was typical for an older motel at a discounted rate.
