First room smelled like cigarettes. The second had stains on the white sheets and comforter. Bathroom sink was cracked. We only had two bath towels, when I asked for more bath towels, wash cloth and hand towels I did not receive any. The TV remote control did not work, when I told employee she said she come and look at it but never did.

The room was dirty. You cannot use the TV as it does not work without a remote and they do not provide one even when asked. Had a room with a jetted tub and the drain was full of hair and gunk. Also had no plug. Room also smelled like mold. Very disappointing.

The first room was neglected dirty nasty door broke like 2 days into the stay maintenance didn't fix it even when asked. They had to switch our room late at night because of how broken second room was good. I cant thank the overnight lady enough with being so helpful and amazing
