This was an amazing hotel. It is located very convenient to everything and close to the main part of town where all the restaurants and bars are located . The staff was so helpful and very friendly.

Great stay! Hotel was beautiful! We loved the rustic vibe. The staff was very polite and helpful, hotel was just two blocks from town square, and two blocks from Miller Park (Start Bus pickup). The spacious king suite was perfect for the two of us. Huge bathroom, giant closet, comfy couch, and adjustable temperature (we like it cool). We took two snowmobile tours and both companies picked us up from the front door of the hotel. Free breakfast (fresh fruit, local granola, eggs, yogurt, bagels, and beverages) in the morning from 7-10 am. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the hotel restaurant because reservations were needed, but Uber Eats was always in the area and delivered us a few groceries from Albertsons within 30 minutes. Would stay here again!

The room itself was ok. At 6am two of our 3 mornings loud trucks dragging metal ramps yes… dragging down the drive between buildings. Bed was terrible for comfort. Icing on the cake? Despite checking online prior to booking about the restaurant and bar being open (reason we booked over other hotels with hot tubs ect) they were closed, no apologies nothing. When we asked receptionist where we might find food close by she said idk while barely looking up from scrolling on her phone. Some of the front staff was sweet. Most just scrolled their phones. When we asked for management to contact us twice, not only were they unavailable all days we were there they never called. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Bathroom was exceptional and that’s about it.

A beautiful property and the penthouse provided us more room than we imagined. Easily walkable to downtown, but still outside the hustle and noise of the cowboy bar scene. Only issue was many broken or worn items which should be better maintained for a room and resort at this price point. Cracked countertop, bathroom faucet not attached to sink firmly, broken antlers on wall, etc.

Our towels were not replaced for our Day 2 though requested on check in as an option. The rugs were dirty and when we checked in we were advised there was a maintenance issue with our dishwasher which we told them was not going to be used…just seemed a little haphazard…also didn’t give us check out key or parking pass.
