Booked a suite thinking we were only getting the king bed but found out we got an additional room with 2 twin beds! We took this trip as a couple with our 1 1/2 yr old and didn't need it but will book again in the future with our two high schoolers when they're on a break. The property was super quiet, the view was outstanding, the fireplace and included firewood was a great touch but the firewood was very difficult to light since it wasn't good "burning wood". Parking was never a problem and close enough to the door to get all the luggage in. The washer/dryer with included detergent was a great plus for extended stay since our 1.5 yr old had some accidents and we were able to re-wear clothing we wore before. The commute to town where many choices of dining/fast food/shopping was short although felt a bit longer due to driving down the windy, kind of steep road down to the main road (glad we took the 4x4 truck). Although it seemed a bit dated, the shower had enough nice hot water and pressure. We booked this after cancelling our reservations with Snake River Lodge after learning all their amenities were not usable due to construction and we'd have to go to their sister property to share with all of those guests (without a substantial discount)....and I'm glad we did.

We loved the room, the property and the area!!! The young man that came when we needed help was very helpful and charming! However some of the small things in the room were lacking. The dishwasher wasn’t bolted down so it slid out every time we tried to open it, the available TV channels weren’t as advertised (but we were able to stream for some of our shows in the evenings) and the toilet paper was such low quality we bought our own. Like I said, it was the small things that we struggled with. However, overall, our time there was great!!

This would be a very nice location for a weeklong stay. Because we were out from sunrise to sunset we could not take advantage of the views. It is a large property, adequate for two couples and two kids in the loft. Amenities were excellent, but we didn’t understand double conditioner and no shampoo in each bathroom. Internet was useless. Be sure to have front desk take you to the location after dark because street signage is confusing.

The studio room was perfect , clean etc. At the end of the stay we were charged fee for hot tub and rec, which I paid. But that hot tub need a repair, jets were failing, insane. I have a hot tub at home & know for sure, if hot tub needs to be repaired. Shared my view with management

Spring Creek Ranch is absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable with the most spectacular views that will take your breath away. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and so well-appointed—it truly feels like every detail has been thoughtfully considered. From the serene setting to the comfort and elegance of the accommodations, everything exceeded our expectations. An amazing experience all around, and one I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jackson Hole.

I loved the views from our suite! The area was quiet, parking was right outside the door. The suite was nicely decorated and clean. The beds were comfy. The pool area was nice and we liked that we could order sandwiches, wraps and other light fare that was brought out to us in the pool area. The downsides which were relatively minor was that the tiny fridge was on the floor of the closet. The table top and the top of the dresser were scratched up. Also, there was no microwave.

Quiet retreat near Jackson

Spring Creek Ranch has wonderful views of the Tetons, is close to town yet a quiet retreat from all the busy-ness in Jackson. The condo we stayed in was very comfortable and nice.

The property, rooms and grounds are clean and well groomed. The views are great from the grounds and rooms. But if you are traveling during the summer months there is no air conditioning in some rooms only fans.

When we arrived at the Spring Creek, it was after hours due to delayed flight. We were able to get in our room, however we did not have any water at all. Waited till about lunch the next day before they would come look at it. Then when we check out, they charged us $200 cleaning fee, and $200 resort fee. When I questioned why, all the lady would do is say I need to read the fine print. I am on Expedia now, and have read their policy & charges. NO WHERE does it say anything about these fees.
