Staff wa friendly. Rooms were clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, and luxury robes. The hotel location is ski in/out and located near the activity center. The hotel front desk stores ski equipment and the restauant had excellent pepperoni flat bread and martinis. Parking was never an issue and pool/hot tub were easily accessible apre ski. The main lobby is currently under renovation but the noise was never an issue.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. It wasn’t quite on par with last year’s stay. Both years we stayed in December. We understand it was sold and has new ownership. (We love the new black color that the resort was painted! Very nice looking!) There was also renovations being done which closed off part of the hotel. There wasn’t clear communication on which ski runs were open and the time that some excursions closed. Overall our experience was still pleasant and we would still recommend this hotel to others for the location, the activities offered and the overall experience. We are curious what will be different next year when we plan to stay again!

We had a wonderful 8 day stay at the Snow King Resort. The staff were so nice they spoke every time we walked past them at the front desk,in hallways or even the elevator. Our room was spotless and we had a beautiful view of the snow king mountain. We at in the onsite restaurant Hayden’s serval times and it was wonderful as well.

I never received my complementary beverage service that I paid for when booking VIP experience. The staff was very unprofessional. The rooms were super dirty and my fireplace did not work. They did absolutely nothing to accommodate any of these issues. I’ve stayed here many times and take pride and being a repeat customer but unless something is done about these issues, I will not be back.
