I am still waiting to hear from the owner of the Condo. The front desk said any problems would have to be addressed with them and they had nothing to do with the Condo's. The TV in the main room wasn't working for the duration of my stay (09/29-10/04). Multiple early visits from maintenance and on the last day the cable company rushed check out!

Beautiful but...

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. You definitely get what you pay for in the lodging. Unfortunately, the food service that was catered by the hotel kitchen for our event was mediocre and severely short on quantity. The personnel at the front desk were great, but the lack of functioning computer check-in systems, bad key card coding systems, and the general disorganization was a complete trip-ruiner

The view outside our window was absoulutley stunning of the Snow King Mountain. The gondola ride to the top of the Snow King Mountain overlooked the entire town of Jackson Hole and the Teton Mountains. We had a great time!!

The view of the ski lift was ok. We saw deer outside the window one morning. However, men were working right outside our window so felt awkward. The food was really good but I wish they had a coffee shop. I was disappointed that there was no real creamer left in the rooms. There was no bar in the shower. The beds did sleep very good though and the rooms were very clean.

We stayed at the Snow King for 4 nights. The location is great — close to downtown Jackson and with beautiful mountain views. However, when we checked in, our TV, fireplace, and phone weren’t working. The staff was responsive, and by day two they had the phone and fireplace fixed, and by day three the TV was finally working. While we appreciated that they eventually resolved the issues, it was disappointing to have so many things not working at check-in. Overall, it’s a nice property, but maintenance and room readiness could use some improvement.

We booked 2 king rooms - one a disability room with a roll in shower. When we got there one room was 2 queens and the other did not have the roll in shower although there were grab bars on a bath tub. That did not work at all for someone who needs a shower bench and a wand. The buffet breakfast left something to be desired - neither the scrambled eggs nor the pancakes were good. I settled on oatmeal which was harder to ruin. There was no handicap ramp to get to the restaurant. The lift was not working although we were told it would be fixed during an upcoming remodel.

The staff were nice, room clean. My issue with the hotel wads wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was great except for the water pressure in the shower. However, the room was not compatible with a wheelchair. There was nowhere for the chair to fit in the room, not next the bed, etc. If you could not walk or stand this room was not for you. Also, I needed to walk stairs from my room to get to the restaurant. There was a lift for the 6 stairs but the staff said it wasn't for guest even it was labeled "lift".

I couldn’t be more disappointed at this “luxurious” hotel. We booked a two queen beds room with the balcony for two nights. When we checked in, the room was not ready and then they said they would call us when it’s ready, and they assured us that the room would be ready at 4pm. They never called us until we went back around 4:30pm. We walked into the room and realized that the bathtub paint was all peeled off, and the ventilation on the ceiling seemed to be broken. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working. I kindly asked the front desk (two black ladies) if we can change the room since one of my friends is pregnant, and the other one is crippled. This could cause a severe risk of their wellbeing. However, the staff(one of the black ladies) was rude and just said, “oh all the rooms are like this.” This just shows that this hotel doesn’t care about guests safety. After I strongly insisted that they should have done something to prevent any risk, they eventually offered to send over a bath mat. Guess what, they sent the housekeeper 6 hrs after that and said they don’t have bath mat, instead, just gave us 4 more towels?! Also, another black ladies also said that they would send mechanic to repair the ventilation, guess what? They never showed up. This hotel is full of bs, they told you one thing but did the opposite. If you are considering staying here for a nice vacation, i strongly recommend to pay a little extra to stay at another real luxurious hotels.
