Modern in name only

This hotel in Jackson was disappointing. Although it appears to have been updated at some time, Our guest room and the property in general showed signs of age and wear. The beds in our room were too soft or worn to be comfortable and the only seating in the room, aside from the beds, were two metal bar stools. Our room was on the second floor and there are no elevators so we had to carry our 50 pound bags up a flight of stairs. Parking is also limited and when we returned to our room one evening, we were able to park on the property but a considerable distance from our room. The only great think about this property was their onsite Triple M restaurant which had great food and service.

We only stayed one night before flying home. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However our room (301) was right next to a very busy road and there was lots of noise from the traffic. Other rooms away from the road would probably not have a problem.

Neat property. Everything we needed and walkable to both popular restaurant and shopping areas. Would stay here again. Easy in and out and plenty of free parking.

Nicely located, nicely decorated! Missed having a closed space for clothes. Shower great, if you can fit into br & shut the door. Should have obesity scale for fit!

Clean and comfortable stay. Located centrally and easy to get to the town square within 2-3 minutes by car. Enjoyed the bath products, water fill station, and complimentary bear spray during the stay. Breakfast and coffee service in the restaurant was super slow for our busy morning. One person working the register, barista and cook roles. There aren’t elevators, so consider that if you’re traveling heavy. No full length mirror in the rooms so plan outfits ahead!

I loved the layout of the room. It had a keurig, microwave, refrigerator, and a nice farmhouse sink. There was an indoor pool and a pay with app or card laundry facility. The square of Jackson was a easy three block walk.. I got a good deal on Expedia. We loved our stay here.

Between decent and good

Place was decent. Overpriced but i guess thats the vibe in this city. Renovations were done poorly. Its a motel not a 5 star hotel. Overall decent place though

Great trip

Our room was quiet. If you have a first level floor or are near to the main road, I can see that it could be noisy. As to small bathrooms, I'm not having a party in there. They are small, but the shower and products were good
