Terrible experience

The room was not what we saw online when we reserved the room. The walls were coming apart and there were two doors into our room. One of which lead outside. When I booked the room it did not show that the rooms had outside entrance. We were not satisfied with our room at all. We check out a couple hours later and booked with a different hotel. I understand the cancellation policy but we weren’t offered any refund at all.

Our first room had AC problems. The staff were great about getting a maintenance guy out quick and swapping us to a new room. It was the middle of the night but they were still super helpful.

Overall it was a fairly good stay. Found garbage on the floor and in the bed. The dining area was filthy. Floors, tables and counters were all covered in spilt food. Staff was very polite and helpful. Parking was safe.

The staff was young and did not know the property. There was a gas fireplace in our room and we couldn't get it to work. Asked the staff and they gave us three options to try. The TV remote didn't work and we had to call maintenance twice to help. Our lodging was across a parking lot from the main lodge so we had to walk outside to get to breakfast. The room was clean and otherwise comfortable.
