Victoria is kind and helpful and the property is a beautiful rambling half hostel but with beautifully appointed rooms and upholstered walls and a treasure of things to look at in common areas. Beautiful old buildings and grounds. Our shower ran cold to cool and was confusing to control, but it was hot and we didn’t ask about it so can’t complain too much there. Pool was also lovely and clean.

Difficult to find as none of the signs matched the one on Hotels.com. Damaged tiles in bathroom and peeling wallpaper in bedroom. Sloping ceiling meant we could only use half the room. Cuenca was lovely!
