Hotel is a bit dated however, staff were amazing and helpful. The onsen is really good and the food overall was delicious. We would highly recommend this place.

They use folding foam mattress & provide only 1 pillow/bed. Both don’t provide good support that cause body ache in the morning. Dinner & breakfast are average. The best thing during our stay are the 2 private baths.

貸切風呂があるのはよかったが、そのお風呂から部屋の窓が見えてしまうのが気になった。もう少し目隠しをしてもらえると良いかと。ご飯もそれなりに美味しくゆっくりできたので良かった

設備が少し古くて、水圧が低いし、トイレ、お風呂が不便でした。貸し切りのお風呂は、有料でいいので、2枠目も利用できるといいです。食堂利用時に自分のスリッパがわからなくなってしまうので、場所を決めて頂けると嬉しいです。従業員のご対応は、素晴らしいと思います。
