Room had multiple lights dead No A/C, requested maintain. We informed open windows. No lunch room, lobby was used with too many table unable ti get in or out. Property was on under construction with noisy environments during day time. Water were disconnected on and off without informing gusts

1. Water was disconnecting often without notifying guests. 2. A/C was not working then changed 3 different room still the same result. 3. None of soap and shampoo dispenser was working and in 2 different room those dispensers were empty. 4. continuous construction going on in the property noise was extremely unbearable during day time. 5. Breakfast is less than simple continental breakfast.

Otelin yeri çok güzel, bina yeni görünüyor. Ancak bakımsız kalmış. Kaldığımız oda da kapının üstündeki spot tavandan çıkmış kablosu sarkmış duruyordu. Lavaboda sıvı sabunluk bozulmuştu, ilk gün resepsiyona söyledik ama ilgilenicem deyip iki gün hiç bir şey yapmadılar. Duştaki duş jelini kullanmak zorunda kaldık. Duş armatürleri güzel ancak, küçük başlığı elime aldığımda montaj yerindeki metalle elime geldi. Bir tabak meyve ikramları vardı. Yer güzel, resepsiyon görevlileri çok nazikti. Ancak otel bakımsızdı.

Getirilen tüm ürünler çok az porsiyon olarak geliyor. Temizlik orta seviye. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Odalar güzel. Tv harika. Yastıklar aşırı rahatsız.
