I was happy with my stay. The hotel is in a very central location, most of the hotels they list here are far away from city center which is not Konak but actually Alsancak. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were smiling and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a few nights while Izmir for work. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had many to choose from. The location is perfect and veryy convenient, Kordon is just a short walk away and kibris sehitleri street is next to you. good choice, good value hotel.

No complaints, no surprize just pleasant stay. Izmir is now on my list, and this hotel is reason why. Nice clean room, nice staff especially MR TOLGA he is very helpful in everything. Location is very good, within an hour of checking in I was walking along the Kordon with a cup of tea watching the sunset over the bay. Come to sunny Izmir come to this hotel, I recommend

I've stayed in quite a few hotels in İzmir and Istanbul... Riva Alsancak stands out. The room was super clean — no complaints whatsoever. But what really won me over was the location; you're right in the middle of Alsancak, one of the most vibrant parts of the city. Perfect base for exploring İzmir. Would 100% stay again.

Stayed at Riva Hotel Alsancak for a work trip and it ticked every box. The room was clean, quiet, and well-organized, exactly what you need after a long day of meetings. Staff were professional and friendly throughout, always happy to help without any fuss. Parking was a welcome bonus because I could find in front of the hotel and next day they helped me to find — which is rare in central Alsancak. The hotel has a solid business-friendly setup overall. Efficient, comfortable, and well-located. Would confidently recommend to business travelers.

Rooms were very clean but there wasn't a laundry room as described in the ad. There is a parking but you have to pay which is not in the description. The room didn't look like in the pictures. The microwave didn't have the rotation plate and their was no skillet in the equipment. We had to ask for one. The breakfast was varied and good but don't go at the last minute or nothing is left. Let's just say we were disappointed and let down by the description.
