It is a popular hotel for people travelling to Turkey for procedures, so lots of nose bandages and such at breakfast. On arrival at my checkin i wasnt given the correct room which i had booked for 28days, but the manager Secil swiftly rectified it the following day reassuring me and my family. She handled it very professionally always with a smile on her face. The rest of the team from reception, housekeeping etc were also very friendly and welcoming. Central location, fresh clean rooms - only downside is that the rooms were not cleaned the second day of our stay and no more water bottles were added. Plus only one small roll of toilet paper that was not filled up either. The hotel is mostly used by beauty procedure tourists since theere is a surgical/beauty hospital downstairs for your info and for then is must have been very pleasant. The terrace is nice if you happen to get a room without balcony. The staff was super nice. As a family, we would book another hotel by the shore next time but for couples and single travelers it is a nice cozy affordable place with decent breakfast selection.

Our room was excellent and modern (suite) and door of our suite had an incredible multi-point locking / deadbolt system unlike anything else. Breakfast was lovely but don’t expect the restaurant to provide an evening meal. We tried and it was awful. Location is great and everything is easy and walkable. The wifi was unique and functional with the phone system which appeared to act as a modem. But connecting was slow and speed of the wifi was not useful at all. Signal continually dropped.

Hotel is modern with a kind staff and a decent breakfast included. The hotel is close to the local Bazaar and also the seaside. So plenty to see and do within walking distance! My room looked clean at first glance and it was super cute! I had a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Upon closer inspection, there was quite a bit of hair around the bathroom and on the linen as well as residue on the sheets and pillows. I have no doubt that the staff would have fixed this, but decided to use my own instead and enjoy the country. Overall, no complaints. Worth the money and a nice place to stay! Random fact: I was told that the hotel was owned by a hospital nearby that does surgeries and this hotel is where the patients stay afterwards. So, if you see guests that are bandaged, this may be why.

When we wanted to check in the reception lady told us that our room is unavailable due to construction. She suggested 2 seperate rooms. We are a family with 3 kids, so that was not an option. Unfourtunatly both ladies their English was horrible. She would write her side of the message on GoogleTranslate and show me and when I responded she wouldnt understand the tiniest bit of it. This resulted in a lot of frustration on both sides. It was an unprofessional and rude attitude. Also her message said there is no solution. After a wait, it seems they added a bed to a single room and offered us that option. However, the AC in the kids room was broken, and they "forgot" to mention that. We let them know, they never got back about it. When we complained during check out they said we chose to stay there. Long story short; the reception lady was not nice at all. The lack of basic English in such a job is really very shameful. Also parking is a nightmare, you have to go with your car in a squeezed elevator to a dungeon, basically claustrofobic. On the street little chance you'll find a parking too. Breakfast was so very poor. Very little things and tight canteen, filled with mostly nosejobs and hairline implants. Food not so tasty because of this interior. I do not recommend this place due to this experience.
