The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning and a fireplace for the colder nights, while comfortable amenities make you feel like home. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this relaxing retreat provides a comfortable space to feel like home away from home. The Lake House overlooks Aqua Safe Harbor Marina and the Lake/ Boat Ramp, but is NOT on the water. It’s Across the street, short walking distance to Slips and Earls Grille. Very Convenient for travelers visiting the Marina, (Aqua & Grand Harbors) State Park, Pickwick Dam, FreddyTs, Etc. Easy IN/OUT circle driveway for towing a boat.
