The hotel environment is excellent, and the staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and eager to help. The parking area is well-maintained with very clear signage. Overall the place is very nice but there are far too many ‘rules’ that make relaxation a task. The main centre pool is only open to guests who are prepared to pay extra for it and some of the bars and restaurants have very odd operating hours.
