Service was excellent. I honestly don’t understand who was unhappy enough to complain. Throughout our stay, we felt welcome and well taken care of. I also loved the system where the hotel gives you a ¥1,500 discount if you choose not to have your room cleaned. This perfectly offset the daily parking fee of ¥1,500.

The room was clean and the view of the beach was amazing. Staff was very nice. The hotel overall was great and we will be coming back. My only complaint was that we were not allowed to stay in the VIP lounge after our checkout. I know that's due to their rules, but as my parents are elderly (both are 80+), I was hoping they would make an exception for them. We had a later flight so we were only able to rest in the lobby...would have been nice to see the hotel make an exception for elderly, disabled customers.

This is a wonderful hotel. The beach and sunsets are truly beautiful. The bedroom was very comfortable. Access to the lounge was a fabulous addition to our stay. Cocktails prepared by a barman in the lounge were excellent. The staff at the hotel are very kind. I left my credit cards on the desk at check-out and I received an email reassuring me they were being kept safe. Luckily I was in a position to come back to collect them, but the hotel also offered to post them to me. I really appreciate this level of service. Also of note is that the hotel is easily accessed by an affordable public bus from Naha city and airport.
