"First off, we had an excellent checkin experience, and great site recommendations. The staff were great.
The main issue was that the air conditioning did not work. This was reported to the front desk twice as the temp in the room went from 23C at checkin to 25.5C before dinner. The hotel rep went to the room when we reported the problem and fiddled with the thermostat. Seemed to work briefly when we went to sleep, but we woke up after midnight sweating at 27.5C. We opened the doors to the outside in order to cool down the room in the middle of the night. Reported this issue to the front desk at checkout.
