Most of the TV channels don’t work. Hot water in the sink faucet looks awfully white, don’t know what it is, and the water pressure is too low. Reported the issues, however, they seem to care less about fixing, instead said it’s what it is and they can’t do anything! Fortunately, we could sleep in the night:)

The property was very basic, but it suited my needs. The breakfast needs a bit of improvement. The only offerings were sweet cereals and waffles. No fruit, no hard boiled eggs, no yogurt. Otherwise no complaints.

Good free parking, clean and quiet premises but perhaps the best thing is that a Wegman's Super (and I do mean "Super") Market is across the road. Oh yeah, it's just down the hill from both Cornell and Ithaca College.
