A very thoughtful approach to a motel experience, with so many unique touches. The property is beautifully designed for a fun stay, and the clean & comfortable room was nicely decorated. I loved all the information about the Ithaca area provided in the binder in our room. The nature area behind the buildings is lovely, and I wish I’d had more time to spend. A restful and inspiring stay.

Loved the original and period appropriate charm of the Grayhaven Motel. We were blown away by the thoughtful touches like complimentary smores kits and wood bundles and local granola for breakfast. Parking was a breeze and access to the state parks and Ithaca were immediate. Would definitely seek this place out again on future trips!

Room was spacious and decor stylish. Shower water warm at best. No windows that open - air in room was a bit stale. No ice for my glass of water. Was sold a bag of ice that didn't last 24 hours. No access to a microwave on property. Nice view of birds.
