Always like chatting at check in. Clean room, decent breakfast, everything I need. The renovated interiors are as nice as the pictures. My 4th stay in less than two months and I will keep using The Springwater Inn whenever I need to spend a night in Ithaca.

Good option, definitely their off season but made for a great value. A dirty towel and ants knocked off one star. I think in warmer weather with higher turnover things are more attended to. They have electric car charging stations. Breakfast pretty sad but again - off season. Hot coffee was nice due to low temps. The ac/heat unit struggles with temps in the teens so give it time to heat the room & close the bathroom door. The room was nice and spacious & nice staff. Meal delivery option and a walmart nearby. I’d return & recommend.

Everything was great. This was my third one-night stay at The Springwater Inn and all have been great. Breakfast is modest compared to the Hilton, but so is the price. Everything is clean and the bed is more comfortable than my bed at home. The owners are very nice. The HVAC in the standard king is a bit annoying if you are a light sleeper. The deluxe king has a larger quieter HVAC unit. The Springwater Inn is my go-to for my overnight trips to Ithaca.

We had a great experience here while visiting a college in town. The room was recently remodeled, it was immaculately clean and it was quiet. The staff was friendly and check in and check out were super quick. They also just (like a week ago!) added EV chargers on property! Really great experience and we will stay there again.

The room was recently nicely renovated, including the carpeting, tiled bathroom, new sink, bathtub, and smart mirror, etc. The room even smelled clean and new, which is rare for any hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quiet and safe. We requested a late checkout for noon and they were very kind about giving it to us. I would absolutely stay there again.

Everything was great except for the very noisy fan in the room AC/heat unit. I had a basic room; the owner said that the deluxe rooms have larger and quieter units. Might be worth the upcharge if you are a light sleeper. I enjoyed chatting with the owner. Breakfast was basic, but you are not paying a Hilton price either. Close to Cornell. I will stay there again.
