Very ordinary. The bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning and was not fixed before checkout. I had mistakenly reserved a room with wheelchair access, but called on 10/02 to change that. I was assured that my reservation was changed to a regular room, but, on check-in I was told that the adjustment could not be made and I had a handicapped room which might have been needed by someone else.

I again am dealing with front desk incompetence. Got charged twice for $140 for no explained reason. They claimed it was an Expedia charge. I said no! Still no comprehension. I paid in full on Expedia. There were two credit card charges to Courtyard By Marriott - direct bill. Had nothing to do with a hold or surcharges etc. I was billed $20 for a hold - which I expected. Not $280! They couldn't extend my stay because of additional incompetence. Hence, extended through Expedia. Do not book this hotel!
